In order for the software to be able to communicate with your cutting machine, a USB driver may need to be installed. Please note, not all cutting machines will require a driver to be installed.

If your cutting machine requires a driver, the driver should have been included with your cutting machine, or available for download from the company that makes or sold the cutting machine you are using.
