1. I lost my serial number. How can I get it back?
2. Can I install the software on mulitple computers?
You are allowed to install the software on 2 computers you use. This allows you to cover the typical scenario of needing to install on both a Desktop and Laptop computer.
3. I purchased, but never received my serial number.
After you complete your purchase, you should have received a confirmation email from us with a Tracking Number for your order. After your order is authorized, you should receive another confirmation email with your license information. If you did not receive any confirmation emails from us, please first make sure that any spam filter you may have running did not catch our mail as spam/junk. If this is not the case, please email us at
support@craftedge.com indicating as much of the following information so we can try to track down your order and status: Name, email used for purchasng, Tracking Number, PayPal Transaction ID, time/date of your purchase.

In order to move the software to a new computer, you will need to
De-Activate off the old computer first.
You can download the latest updates from the
Support Downloads and install again. Make sure the old version is not open and running when installing the update.
