Yes, you will be able to download again without paying, provided you have not lost your serial number. The latest version for your purchase can be downloaded here

Our software is not subscription based and does not expire. You can continue to use it, provided you are running it on a compatible operating system as specified by the system requirements.

Updates for the version you purchased are free and can be downloaded here. For example, if you purchased a license for version 5, all version 5 updates will be free (5.1, 5.2, 5.3, etc.). Upgrading to the next major version (version 5 to 6) will typically have a small upgrade fee.
