Return Policy

Returns:
If you are not satisifed with your purchase, we will gladly help you return it when it falls into the guidelines below.

Return Period:
Initiation of the Return Process for Software must be done within 15 days of the purchase date.
Initiation of the Return Process for all other items including machines and accessories must be done within 30 days of the purchase date, and we must receive the returned product within 45 days of the original purchase date. All returned items must be NEW, UNUSED, and in ORIGINAL PACKAGING.

Return Policy:

  • Returns will only be accepted on a pre-authorized basis.
  • To return an item, please email us at support@craftedge.com for a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA)
  • Place the RMA number on the package you are returning.
  • The invoice or a copy of the invoice must accompnay all returns
  • All shipping and handling costs are non-refundable.
  • Customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.
  • Once the items are received, you should expect a refund within 15 days.

Potential Fees:
  • Restocking Fee: 20% of the cost of the item (prior to ANY discount/coupon) will be charged for all returned products, including digital Software purchases.
  • Shipping Fee: All shipping & handling costs incurred are non-refundable.
  • Reshipmet Fee: 15% of the cost of the item (prior to ANY discount/coupon) will be charged for any reshipment due to wrong, missing or incaccurate address, in addition to actual shipping costs to ship the item again.

Non-Returnable Items:
For any items sold as NEW that have been opened and/or used are not returnable. All machines sold, including NEW and Refurbished, are not returnable.

If your item is defective, the manufacturer will be best able to address your needs. Please email us at support@craftedge.com and we can provide contact information for the product manufacturer.

Undeliverable Packages:
If a package is undeliverable due to a wrong address, missing address, or inaccurate address and needs to be shipped again, the customer will incur the shipping costs to ship the item again. If re-shipment is not desired, the transaction will be refunded minus Restocking Fees.
